Why Trust Our Massage Therapy CEU Classes?

The Academy for Massage Therapy Training is one of the oldest massage schools in the state of Texas, having been state licensed since 1996.  We put the same level of care and preparation into our CEU classes for massage therapists as we do for the foundational courses that lead to licensing.

All massage therapy continuing education unit (CEU) classes offered by AMTT are TDLR approved for state licensing requirements.  In addition, all CEU classes are taught by Texas Licensed Massage Instructors. Most classes are a full day or more of instruction and at the conclusion of each class, successful graduates are awarded certificates for the class specialization which they can proudly display for their clients.

Our professional instructor staff has more than 75 years of collective experience, and each is highly skilled and more than qualified to teach their areas of specialization.  Our instructors are the cornerstone of our school.  Each one possesses a super high degree of caring and concern for their students’ success, and in turn, the healing successes experienced by clients of their students.

Our rate of returning students for massage therapy CEU classes is very high, which we attribute to the caring and professionalism of our staff and our successful models for instruction.  We invite you to register for one of our CEU classes and see for yourself.

The following are short descriptions for classes we routinely offer:

Advanced Prenatal Massage

Massage is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote general well-being. During pregnancy, Mother’s body undergoes many changes, many of them stressful and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the impact of massage therapy on preventing or minimizing many of these common discomforts is profound. Regular massage can make the difference between a comfortable, low-stress pregnancy, or one defined by miserable aches and pains.

Chair Massage

From the corporate massage environment to local events and in-office use, this fun and informative class gives you all the tools to perform an excellent and convenient chair massage anywhere. MLD aims to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune functions.
