Class Details

This course teaches the therapeutic use of both heat and cold modalities within massage therapy. Participants will learn how to safely incorporate hot stones and cryotherapy techniques to promote circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, and create effective treatment sessions tailored to client needs.
