I am a little tender when it comes to pressure in my shoulders neck and back, so the wellness massage was perfect! Thank you so much for helping me relax Gracie! If you deal with stubborn knots, chronic shoulder tension, or muscle stiffness from sitting at a desk all day, this is the place to go. My therapist (Joey) took the time to listen to my problem areas before starting and found the root cause of my rotator cuff, upper back and neck discomfort rather than just doing a generic routine.

The pressure was firm and purposeful and helped melt away tension without feeling overly harsh. He used expert forearm and elbow techniques to work deep into the muscle layers. I walked out feeling like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders, with a full range of motion back in my shoulder and neck.

Joey even gave me customized post-treatment stretches to keep the tension from creeping back. Worth every single penny and easily the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had!"

She was knowledgeable, personable, and she was great with balancing the deep tissue pressure with targeting specific knots or other sensitive areas. The atmosphere and staff was nice, too.
