Class Details
Cryo massage therapy is a therapeutic massage technique that applies cold temperatures to the soft tissues to help reduce inflammation, decrease pain, and calm overactive muscles and nerves. It combines traditional massage techniques with cryotherapy principles, using tools such as ice cups, cold packs, frozen rollers, or chilled implements applied directly to the skin or through a barrier.
