Class Details
Hot stone massage is a therapeutic massage technique that uses smooth, heated stones—typically basalt stones—placed on specific areas of the body and incorporated into massage strokes. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, helping to relax tissue, increase circulation, and reduce muscle tension more effectively than massage alone.
